Company insolvency data
The company records on this site come from public registers (ASIC's published notices and registers). This is published business information, not personal data we have collected about you. We track companies only, not individuals.
How we use your data
To provide your account, send the alerts and reports you ask for, take payment, respond to enquiries, and keep the service secure. We send transactional and report emails through Postmark.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you emails, at any time. Email [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from the monthly report using the link in any report email.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to meet legal obligations. Public company records are retained as part of our historical archive.
