By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

InsolvencyRadar aggregates public records of UK company insolvencies and presents them with related company and practitioner information, alerts and reports. Free pages are open to everyone; alerts, exports and some data require a paid subscription.

2. Data and accuracy

Records are derived from official sources and provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that any record is complete, accurate or current, and the service is not legal, financial or credit advice. You are responsible for verifying any record against its primary source before acting on it.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Statutory rights are unaffected.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell or bulk-redistribute the data except as expressly permitted by your plan, nor use the service to harass any company, practitioner or person. Reasonable rate limits apply.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
